Andrew Logan Museum of Sculpture

The Andrew Logan Museum of Sculpture is a unique art collection in the heart of Wales, and the only museum in Europe dedicated to a living artist.

Within the museum you will find pieces of sculpture, mirrored portraits and jewellery from the mid sixties to the present day. On display, you will also find personal items, created by Andrew Logan for the entertainer, Divine, painter Luciana Martines de la Rosa and Joan Simon Menkes - Editor of the Beverley Hills Art Magazine 95201, which have been left to the museum by their estates'.

In addition, you will find Andrew's series of "Birds of a Feather", which were created in the late 70's during his "mad" period, when he was a very poor depressed artist, living in a small bed-sit in South London.

Andrew loves to give enjoyment and pleasure to others through quirky and humorous mementoes of his life, and to show that art does not have to be pretentious but can be fun.

Facilities include a cafe and gift shop.

What they say.......
The late Derek Jarman: "For him everything is make-believe.  He has snatched a dream out of thin air, his cloud-capped towers and gorgeous palaces are built with everything you and I have thrown away ... He ought to be the most revered of artists who has made no distinction between his life and art."

George Melly: "Faberge for the millennium"

Norman Rosenthal (Royal Academy of Arts): "Andrew Logan is, and has been for the best part of a quarter of a century, a phenomenal figure in London life, and one of the most remarkable artists as well.  He is a real mirror of our times.  He has brought great happiness to many people..."
