Ardress House

Ardress House is a 17th-century house with elegant 18th-century decoration and a traditional farmyard. It features a neo-classical drawing-room with plasterwork by the Dublin plasterer Michael Stapleton and has an attractive garden with scenic woodland and riverside walks.
Ardress House is home to an important collection of farm machinery and tools and rich apple orchards and a range of small farmyard animals has been re-introduced to the farmyard. A shop sells gifts and souvenirs.
