Founded in 1768, the Royal Academy hosts prestigious touring exhibitions of major artists such as Rodin, Monet and Baselitz. It's also well know for its annual summer exhibition, featuring over 1200 works by established and unknown artists.

Opening times: 10.00 am to 5.30 pm Saturday to Thursday, 10.00 am to 4.30pm Friday; table service dinner 6.15 pmto 10.00 pm (last orders 8.30 pm)
The Courtyard Café
Opening times: 9.30 am to 5.30 pm (9.30 pm on Fridays) until 20 September. In wet weather the Gallery Café will open instead from 10.00 am to 5.30 pm (7.30 pm on Fridays).

The Royal Academy online shop which features a wide selection of books and exhibition catalogues, unique gifts inspired by Royal Academicians and exclusive products chosen to reflect current exhibitions.
